(ĐN)- The sixth Dong Nai Food Festival was officially opened on December 1 at the provincial Conference Centre.
Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education Dang Manh Trung and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep attended the event.
The four-day festival attracted the participation of 45 travel companies inside and outside the province with 70 booths featuring specialities in the region.
The event is held to promote local culture and tourism through food, music and entertainment activities.
During the festival, attendees have a chance to enjoy local dishes as well as other specialties from neighboring localities.
The event also included artistic fruit shaping competition, outdoor activities with traditional games, cultural activities and arts performance.
