Various activities will also be held on this occasion, such as exchanges between former political prisoners and students, exhibition entitled “Tan Hiep Prisson-one-time memory”, etc.
The ceremony aims to promote propaganda on historical tradition and significance of the uprising of the former Tan Hiep Prison by revolutionary soldiers who was arrested and imprisoned by the enemy 60 years ago as well as educate young generation about patriotic spirit and be grateful to benefactors.
The event is expected to have the attendance of more than former political prisoners and relatives from Quang Tri province southward.
