After five days of competitions, HCM city secured the top position in the medal tally with 15 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals, followed by Can Tho with 7 gold and 5 silver medals, and Thanh Hoa with 6 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals.
The event, the 24th of its kind, drew the participation of more than 350 athletes from 27 provinces, cities, competing for 48 sets of medals in combat and demonstration categories
