(ĐN)- The 14th Football Cup for Children aged 11 kicked off on August 16 at Dong Nai’s Sporting Hall.
The annual event is co-organised by Dong Nai Newspaper, Department of Sports and Physical Training, and Department of Education and Training.
This year’s tournament, sponsored by Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction Company, Prudential Vietnam and Cuong Thuan-Idico, attracted 12 best teams from the provincial districts. The teams, divided into 4 groups, will play in a round-robin league in the first round.
After the opening ceremony, Bien Hoa 1 team competed with Xuan Loc team, Long Thanh team against Cam My team, Dinh Quan team with Nhon Trach team, and Thong Nhat team with Vinh Cuu team.
