(ĐN)- Martial artists from Dong Nai province scored 2 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals at the ongoing National Youth Vovinam Tournament which is taking place in Tay Ninh province from July 9 to 14.
The event, the 14th of its kind, drew the participation of 489 athletes from 30 provinces, cities, including 19 martial artists from Dong Nai, competing for 59 sets of medals in categories for athletes of two age groups 12-15 and 16-18.
The annual tournament provides a chance for the participating teams to select the promising athletes to compete in the National Sports Games scheduled to be held in Thanh Hoa province in August.
