(ĐN)- Bien Hoa scored 9 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals to rank first at Dong Nai Karate Tournament for Young Artists 2016 which concluded on Tuesday at Trang Bom district’s Sports Hall.

Hosts Trang Bom went second in the competition with 8 gold, 13 silver and 7 bronze medals. They were followed by martial artists from Vinh Cuu who scored 7 gold, 8 silver and 6 bronze medals
The three-day competition, which was jointly held by the provincial Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism and Trang Bom district’s People’s Committee, attracted 195 martial artists from 8 teams from across the province, competing for 39 sets of medals in two events for professional and young athletes.
The annual competition provides a good opportunity for the players to sharpen their skills and select the best players for the provincial team to compete at the upcoming national contests.
