The fair, the 2nd of its kinds held by Tran Bien Temple of Literature Center, features 100 booths showcasing thousands of ornamental plants with various attractive and unique shapes which are made by hundreds of artisans from Southern cities and provinces.
The fair opens to visitors for free until April 5.
