Overcoming cueist Phan Thanh Loc from Thong Nhat district in the final match, cueist Le Van Bien from Bien Hoa win the first prize in carom 3-cushion event. Earlier, Bui Quoc Truong, also from Bien Hoa, won the champion title in carom 1-cushion event.
The tournament is jointly held by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Thanh Tu Billiards Club attracted 60 cueists from across the province, competing in carom 1-cushion and carom 3-cushion events.
