Accordingly, visitors came to Tran Bien Temple of Literature for sightseeing, taking photos at Tran Bien Spring Flower Road, which which lasts until February 13 (6th day of the 1st lunar month).
In addition, the visitors also came there to offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh and other celebrities as well as read spring newspapers and enjoy arts performances for free at Tran Bien Club-house.
