The event was attended by Deputy head of Dong Nai provincial Commission for Communications and Education Pham Tan Linh, leaders from departments and agencies, representatives of press agencies and local people
The festival showcases more than 400 spring newspaper publications from press agencies inside and outside provinces.

On this occasion, the organizers awarded certificates of merit to 20 collectives for their outstanding publications. The event is scheduled to run until February 13.
