The annual event was held by the province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the participation of 13 teams comprising 342 athletes, both female and male, from 7 southeastern provinces, competing in a 6,300-meter course, the women’s course was 5,300 meters.
Both races included the 2,300 meters climb up Ta Cu Mountain, whose peak is 694 meters above sea level, to finish the race at the hilltop Linh Son Truong Tho Pagoda.
