(ĐN)- Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee and Chairwoman of the province’s Union of Friendship Organizations Bui Ngoc Thanh on December 28 had a working session with relevant departments and sectors in preparation for Cultural Exchange Festival and in response to ASEAN Community 2015.
The festival is scheduled to be held on December 30, 2015 at the provincial Conference Center. It is expected to draw the participation of about 500 delegates from Consulate Generals of 10 of ten countries in ASEAN in HCM city, departments and sectors, businesses in ASEAN, and Laos and Cambodian students who are studying at universities, colleges in the province.
The Cultural Exchange Festival will feature an exhibition on ASEAN Community where special features on economics-culture of ten countries in ASEAN, exchange between General Consuls of ASEAN and province’s leaders, and art performance entitled “ASEAN colors”.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri suggested relevant departments and sectors to work closely to better carry out preparation activities for the festival.
