(ĐN)- The “For more beautiful life” campaign to raise environmental awareness has kicked off in Dong Nai by the provincial Youth Union and paint manufacturer 4 Oranges Company.
Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee attended the event.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Secretary Bui Thi Bich Thuy of Dong Nai provincial Youth Union suggested communication campaigns should be enhanced to raise local awareness of environment protection.
After the ceremony, young volunteers joined a bicycle parade along the main road of Bien Hoa city. Quyen Linh, a Vietnamese famous actor, is a goodwill ambassador for the campaign.
The 4 Oranges Company plans to spend around VND2 billion for the campaign at nine provinces and cities to call on people save power and water and protect environment.
