(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s shooters bagged 1 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals at the 2015 National Youth Shooting Championships which recently closed at the National Sports Training Centre in Ha Noi.

HCM city finished in top with 7 gold, 9 silver and 6 bronze medals, followed by Vinh Phuc and the Military team. 6 national records were set up at the tournament.
The event attracted 196 male and female shooters representing 12 teams from across the country including hosts Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc,Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Quang Nam, Dak Lak, Dong Nai, the Military team, and the Public Security Ministry team. The participants are competing for sets of medals in 14 categories for men and ten categories for women.
The annual competition provides a good opportunity to select and nurture promising young talent for the national shooting team.
