The stage had the route, starting from Binh Duong New City through Tan Uyen town and ending at the starting point.
As the results, Truong Quoc Thang from Dinamo Vietnam Club of Dong Nai province came first in the category for grade A cyclists. This is the second win the cyclist has earned at the competition.
In the grade B category for between 16 and 55 aged amateur cyclists, Le Van Phuc from Team Brother Cyclist Club, Nguyen Thanh Son from Vo Dac Bien Hoa Club, Truong Quoc Huy from Huy Tung Club went first, second, and third, respectively.
