The stage had the route, starting from Binh Duong New City’s Center for Exhibition and Conference through Thuan An town and ending at the starting point.

As a results, Truong Quoc Thang from Dinamo Vietnam Club of Dong Nai province came first while Dang Ngoc Tu from Vo Dac-Bien Hoa Club, also of Dong Nai province, were second and Nguyen Hoang Sang, who is also from Dinamo Vietnam Club, went third in the category for grade A cyclists.
In the grade B category for between 16 and 55 aged amateur cyclists, Nguyen Cuong Khang from Hoc MonYouth Cyclist Club, Le Ho Quoc Vinh from Sai Gon Velo Club, Le Hoai Nam from Tan Phu Club went first, second, and third, respectively.
Meanwhile, Truong Quoc Huy from Huy Tung Club went first in the between 36 and 55 age category. He was followed by Nguyen Thuy Thuy Thien from Tin Tin 108 Club and Nguyen Van Thanh Chi from Huy Tung Club.
The 3rd stage of the race will take place on June 27.
