Binh Thuan ranked first at the competition, followed by the hosts Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
Dong Nai DoET scored one first, one second and two third prizes in the badminton event, one first prize in the badminton event, and one third prize in the Chinese chess event.
The festival attracted seven DoETs from Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Ninh Thuan, Tay Ninh and Ba Ria-Vung Tau, competing in four games including Chinese chess, table tennis, badminton and tug of war.
