The event attracted the participation of 250 athletes from six Departments of Science and Technology, Culture Sports and Tourism, Health, Information and Communication, Labour Invalids and Social Affairs, and Education and Training competing in 4 games including swimming, sack dance, badminton, tug of war, and karaoke singing contest.
As a result, the Department of Education and Training won the first place followed by the Department of Culture Sports and Tourism while the Department Labour Invalids and Social Affairs came third.
