In the weightlifting event, Pham Tong Trong from Dong Nai also set a new record.
The festival drew the participation of 954 disabled athletes from 28 provinces and cities across the country, competing medals in 7 events including athletics, swimming, weightlifting, table tennis, badminton, bocci and chess.
