(ĐN)- The 12th Football Cup for Children aged 11 kicked off today morning at Dong Nai’s Sporting Hall. The annual event is co-organised by Dong Nai Newspaper and Dong Nai Department of Sports and Physical Training.
This year’s tournament, sponsored by Toan Thinh Phat Architecture Investment Construction Company, attracted 12 best teams from the provincial districts. The teams, divided into 4 groups, will play in a round-robin league in the first round. The top two teams of each group will compete in the second round, with the winners going into the next round. The final round will take place on Tuesday evening, April 1.
After the opening ceremony, Van Tam Bien Hoa team competed with Long Thanh team, Nguyet Long Bien Hoa team against Cam My team, Long Khanh team with Thong Nhat team, and Long Thanh team with Xuan Loc team.
