They were divided into two age brackets: 16-35 and 36-55.
The race is divided into six stages which will take place every two months with a total prize of nearly VND300 million.

In the first stage of the race, Le Tan Lai from Dinamo Dong Nai Club came first while Mai Cong Hieu, another member of Dinamo Dong Nai Club, were second in both 16-35 and 36-55 age categories.
Dang Ngoc Tu from HTH Bien Hoa Club was third in the between 16 and 35 age category, while Tran Truong Binh from Martin 107 Club ranked third in the between 36 and 55 age category.
The second stage will take place on April 26 in Binh Duong New city.
According to the organizers, the tournament aims to create a playground for amateur cyclists, seek new talents for this sport. This is part of an array of events to celebrate of the start of construction of Binh Duong New City, and the inauguration of Binh Duong province’s Centralized Administration Centre.
