The four-day festival attracts the participation of 40 restaurants, hotels and travel companies from eight provinces and HCM city in the South with 70 booths featuring specialities in the region.
The event will also include artistic fruit shaping competition, outdoor activities with traditional games, cultural activities and arts performance.
At the food festival, two Vietnamese records will be set up for the biggest Bien Hoa plate made by pottery and the biggest pomelo salad plate.
The annual event will last until December 15.
