Nguyen Thi Chinh defeated Divine Wally of the Philippines in the 48kg weight category, while Nguyen Thu Hoai outperformed Evita Zamora ò the Philippines in the 56kg weight category.

In the morning, Wushu artist Nguyen Manh Quyen clinched a silver medal with 9.68 points in the men’s Nandao, just 0.02 less than his Indonesian rival.
Quyen’s teammate Pham Quoc Khanh also snatched a bronze medal in Nandao with 9.67 points.
In the women’s Qiangshu, Duong Thuy Vi bagged a silver medal with 9.59 points, coming in second after Eyin Phoon of Malaysia with 9.67 points.
On December 7, Thuy Vi won a gold medal in the women’s Jianshu event.
Over the past three days, Vietnamese Wushu artists brought home four gold medals.
