The delegation is to be led by Lam Quang Thanh, deputy head of the Vietnam Sports Administration.
Vietnam has high hopes for the track and field competition; 43 athletes will be sent with the objective of winning at least 10 gold medals.
A send-off for the Vietnamese delegation is scheduled on November 20 at the National Sport Training Centre in Hanoi.
The 27th SEA Games are set to take place from December 11-22 in four Myanma cities: Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay and Ngwe Saung.
