(ĐN)- The international seminar entitled "The role of cultural heritages in education and peace-building" opened this morning at Dong Nai Hotel in Bien Hoa city.

150 international and Vietnamese scientists and researchers in the fields of archaeology, culture, ethnography; peace, human rights attends the four-day event.
The seminar, which is jointly held by Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee and Asian Resource Foundation(ARF), aims to raise the public awareness of the role of cultural heritages and accept conflicts to protect and increase the value of cultural heritages and promote cultural heritages as a resource for peace-making and peace-building.
From November 26-28, participants will take part in a field research at some typical cultural heritages in Dong Nai and Lam Dong provinces.
