The contest was organised by the Photo Cinema Club Doboj in Bosnia & Herzegovina under the sponsorship of the Federation International Art Photography (FIAP).
With theme of "Freedom", Kieu Tan, a member of the provincial Literature and Arts Association, was awarded Honourable Mention prize of for the colour work “Vuot len so phan” (Overcome the destiny) and Honourable Mention prize of IAAF of the section “nature” for his work “Con so 6” (The number six).

With the three major sections “open”, “life” and “nature”, the event received 3,777 entries by 367 artists from 58 countries and territories across the world.
