According to the head of the organising committee, director of Binh Duong Television & Radio Station Do Van Trung, the annual tournament will see eight teams participate in two groups.
Hosts Binh Duong, Dong Tam Long An, South Korean students and REAC Sportiskola (Hungary) will compete in Group A; with U23 Viet Nam, Bangu Atletico Clube (Brazil), Dong Nai and Semen Padang FC (Indonesia) in group B.
The tournament will be the last opportunity for Viet Nam's U23 squad to sharpen their skills before taking part in 27th SEA Games held in Myanmar in December.
The tournament will finish on November 3.
