(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s martial artists scored one gold, one silver and one bronze medals to rank 11th at 2013 National Wushu Championships, which ended in Nghe An province on September 12.
The three-day tournament saw the participation of 200 male and female martial artists, representing 27 teams nationwide, competing for 32 sets of medals in both demonstration and combat categories.
Martial artists from Hanoi won 11 gold, seven silver and two bronze medals to place first while Military team came second followed by host Thai Nguyen.
The annual championship helps Vietnamese athletes gain valuable experience and well prepare for the upcoming 27thSEA Games in Myanmar in December.
