The event was co-organized by Dong Nai provincial Youth Union, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Department of Education and Training.

As a result, Bien Hoa city’s team took the first place at the 2013 Singing Festival. Besides, 66 awards were given to individuals and collectives for their excellent performance at the festival.
