(ĐN)- A food festival introducing various dishes of the Southern region was held at Dam Sen Park in HCM city from May 16-19. The event featured the delicacies and cooking performances from restaurants and hotels in the region. At the festival, Dong Nai’s Du Long restaurant won an A prize for its hot pot and a B prize for pomelo salad.
The festival is hosted annually to promote dining cultural values of the country and in particular from the southern region. This year’s four-day event attracted over 100,000 visitors with 80 stands from 35 participants.
