The contest is organized by Foto-Film Calella in Spain, under the sponsorship of FIAP, ISF,CEF,FCF.
The themes of the contest include “Freedom” and “Sea” for black and white and colour photos.
With theme of "Freedom", Kieu Tan, a member of the provincial Literature and Arts Association, has won gold medal for the colour work “Vuot len so phan” (Overcome the destiny).
The character in the photo is Ho Huu Hanh, an Agent Orange victim, who is living in Dinh Quan district.
The awarding ceremony and exhibition will be held on April 14 in Torretes city in Spain.
