The house, the second of its kind in the district , started construction last May with a total investment of nearly VN3 billion from the state budget.
It will be a place for community activities to preserve and develop the traditional cultural values of Stieng ethnic people in the locality.
On this occasion, the first sports and cultural festival for ethnic minority groups was opened, attracting 300 local ethnic people participating in stick pushing, breaking earthenware pots, volleyball and performance exchange. As a result, Phuoc Binh commune won the first prize.
