(ĐN)- 2012 National Swimming Championships for the Elderly ended at the Aquatic Sports Centre in Hanoi last weekend
Dong Nai’s swimmers won 5 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals to rank fifth at the end of the competition, following HCM city, Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
More than 350 athletes from 23 cities and provinces across the country took part in the five-day championships.
The 20th tournament was organized by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training and Vietnam Association of the Elderly to mark the International Day for the Elderly (October 1).
