The stamp features a portrait of the late President Vo Chi Cong with the national flag in the background, designed by painter Vu Kim Lien. The stamp is 31mm x 46mm in size and will be sold for VND2,000.
The first day cover is 180mm x 110mm in size and introduces the commemorative house of the late President in his hometown in the central province of Quang Nam.
