The first and second runners-up were Duong Tu Anh and Do Hoang Anh, both from Hanoi.

The competition organizers also presented special awards to Vu Ngoc Anh (Miss traditional Vietnamese dress), Nguyen Thi Xuan Trang (Miss Talent), Ninh Hoang Ngan (Miss Beach), Dang Thu Thao (Miss Beautiful Face), Nguyen Thi Ha (Most Beautiful Skin), and Most Beautiful Hair (Phan Thi Mo).
