Italy wins Danang Int’l Fireworks Competition

A team from Italy ranked first at the 2012 Danang International Fireworks Competition (DIFC) on April 30. 

A team from Italy ranked first at the 2012 Danang International Fireworks Competition (DIFC) on April 30. 

Its marvelous performance featured seven colours of a rainbow, illustrating the development of Vietnam through different stages and of Danang city over recent years.

“This was a wonderful combination of colours, light and music,” said Vi Kien Thanh, a member of the DIFC Jury.

The teams from China and France were placed second, the other two from Canada and the host Vietnam third.
