(ĐN)- The second annual Southern Land Cuisine Festival in Dam Sen Cultural Park concluded on Sunday, attracting over 150,000 food lovers over the weekend.
More than 50 businesses participated in the festival with 85 booths. This is a cultural, tourism event which aims to promote trade marks of well-known cuisines and specialties of regions southward from Thua Thien Hue province.
Three-day event consisted of abundant and diverse activities of cooking show and gastronomic service at booths, performances of traditional arts and folk games, Southern delicious dishes festival, tuber and fruit sculpture competition.
At the closing ceremony, the organizing board awarded gold and silver medals and consolation prizes for the most delicious dishes. As a result, goi buoi (pomelo salad) of Dong Nai province won gold medal.
