(ĐN)- A solemn ceremony to commemorate Hung Kings’ dead anniversary was held at the Hung Temple in Bien Hoa city’s Binh Da ward on March 31 (the 10th day of the third lunar month). Vice Chairpersons of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc, Phan Thi My Thanh and Nguyen Thanh Tri attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the leaders offered incense and cylindrical glutinous rice cakes to the memory of the Hung Kings.

On this occasion, traditional cultural activities such as competition of square cake cooking, art performance activities, folk games were also organized.

Earlier, on March 30, a ceremony to celebrate the death anniversary of Hung Kings was also organized at Hung Vuong junior school in Bien Hoa city. Thousands of teachers and pupils reviewed traditions, offered incense, and took part in traditional activities.
