Minh was followed by Du Pengyu (China), Sho Sasaki (Japan) and Boonsak Ponsana (Thailand).
As scheduled, he will compete in two Super Series tournaments this month – the Denmark Open from October 18-23 and the French Open from October 25-30.
Minh will be seeded seventh at the Denmark Open, which offers awards totalling US$350,000. All players placed before Minh on the world rankings are expected to participate in the tourney.
