According to Thang, this is a major political campaign aimed at inspiring patriotism, self-reliance, aspirations for development and a stronger sense of responsibility among officials, Party members and employees in building an increasingly prosperous, civilized and modern institution.

In response to the campaign, the Party Committee’s Executive Board, the leadership and officials, civil servants and employees of DoT have pledged to effectively fulfill key objectives and tasks. These include strengthening Party organizations, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and developing a professional, dedicated and highly responsible workforce capable of meeting the requirements of the new development stage.

At the same time, the tax sector will continue accelerating administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation while improving the quality of services provided to residents and businesses. Greater efforts will also be directed toward strengthening tax administration and promptly addressing bottlenecks and creating tangible improvements in state revenue collection. The department aims to maintain a high rate of budget revenue growth, thereby contributing to Dong Nai’s goal of achieving double-digit economic growth.

Head of the DoT emphasized that, with strong political determination, a high sense of responsibility and decisive action, the entire Party Committee’s Executive Board, the leadership, Party cells, professional divisions, local tax offices and all officials, civil servants and employees of DoT are committed to successfully accomplishing the objectives of the special 500-day emulation campaign set by the Dong Nai City Party Committee. He added that the campaign will create a solid foundation for sustaining and improving implementation quality through 2030, while contributing to the continued development of the DoT into a more modern, efficient and professional institution.

The launch ceremony drew the participation of around 800 Party members, officials and civil servants, both in person and online, from the department’s professional divisions and its 10 affiliated tax offices.
