Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai City Party Committee inspects two key projects

On the morning of May 24, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Dong Nai City People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh, along with Member of the Standing Board of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Binh Phuoc Ward People's Council Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, as well as local leaders, conducted an on-site inspection of two key projects in Binh Phuoc Ward.

The working delegation conducted on-site inspections at the Suoi Cam Lake Tourism Area Project (Phase 2), invested by Phuc An Khang Binh Phuoc Joint Stock Company, and the Dong Xoai New Urban Area – Central Park Project, invested by HUD Nha Trang Housing and Urban Development Joint Stock Company. The two projects have undergone compensation and site clearance work over many years. Of these, several construction items under the Suoi Cam Lake Tourism Area Project (Phase 2) have already been implemented.

Recently, the Binh Phuoc Ward People’s Committee assisted local households in dismantling structures and relocating architectural assets in order to hand over cleared land to investors. Through multiple meetings, dialogues and mobilization efforts, affected households agreed to hand over the land, helping accelerate the implementation progress of both projects.

During the field inspection, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the City People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh urged local authorities, relevant agencies and project investors to speed up implementation progress. She also requested the projects’ construction items be carried out in response to the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed: “Solidarity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough for Building a Civilized and Modern Dong Nai.”
