Supermarkets and commercial centres proactively prepared adequate goods supplies, extended opening hours and strengthened staffing and checkout counters to better serve shoppers during the Tet holiday. At the same time, they continued to roll out major promotional programmes to stimulate consumer demand. As of February 22 (the sixth day of Tet), supermarkets and malls across the province had resumed normal operations and launched a series of post-Tet promotions to further boost shopping and consumption.

Director Le Van Hong of GO! Dong Nai in Long Hung ward said that during the Tet break, the number of customers at the supermarket rose by around 10% compared to the same period of 2025 Tet holiday. On pre-Tet peak days, the supermarket welcomed approximately 10,000–12,000 visitors per day. The supermarket reopened on the morning of the second day of Tet (February 18) and received an average of about 6,000 visitors per day for dining, entertainment and shopping.
