To achieve this goal, Dong Nai is making concerted efforts to improve the investment climate in order to attract investors, including major global corporations, through concrete measures such as administrative reform and the swift settlement of regimes and policies in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the province consistently listens to feedback from enterprises to accompany, share and promptly resolve obstacles and difficulties arising during their investment and operation in Dong Nai.
Accompanying investors to “retain” them
In 2025, Dong Nai recorded numerous positive and comprehensive results, with notable achievements including a high economic growth rate of 9.63 percent, ranking first in the Southeast region; continuous expansion of economic scale; state budget revenue surpassing 100 trillion VND; and impressive outcomes in both domestic and foreign investment attraction. In addition, social welfare has been steadily strengthened and enhanced, with the active participation and support of the business community.
Such determination in improving the investment environment, along with the close attention and companionship of provincial leaders, has created favorable conditions for enterprises to grow and forge increasingly strong and sustainable ties with the local administration.
Hideaki Matsuoto, General Director of OM Digital Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd. (OM Digital Solutions VN), representing Japanese enterprises, stated that thanks to the enthusiastic support of Dong Nai Province and positive improvements in the investment and business environment, OM Digital Solutions VN has continuously expanded its production and business activities.
He further affirmed that in the coming time, the company will continue to promote production development, thereby contributing more actively to Dong Nai’s economic growth, fostering sustainable business operations and strictly complying with legal regulations. Moreover, he committed to joining hands in developing the local community and creating more employment opportunities.
Assessing the investment environment in Dong Nai, Kwon Tae Han, Deputy Consul General of the Republic of Korea (RoK) in Ho Chi Minh City, noted that Dong Nai is emerging as a highly attractive destination for international investors, with clear economic development goals aligned with social welfare assurance.
To realize these objectives, Dong Nai is expected to continue making greater contributions through specific development plans and remarkable achievements in areas such as healthcare and social infrastructure. The RoK enterprises highly appreciate this development orientation and pledge to strictly comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations, while standing ready to accompany Dong Nai in its growth and sustainable development process.
At the recent 2026 Conference on Meeting with FDI Enterprises, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Kim Long stated that FDI enterprises operating in the province are encouraged to call on and introduce businesses in their home countries to invest in Dong Nai.
Dong Nai calls for new investors
Entering 2026, the first year of implementing the Resolution of the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, the province has set a double-digit economic growth target, aiming for rapid and sustainable development, improved growth quality and enhanced competitiveness of the economy. In this context, the business community, particularly large corporations and FDI enterprises, plays a pivotal role in the province’s growth.
In order to achieve high socio-economic growth targets in the coming period, provincial leaders have held numerous meetings to exchange views and listen to opinions, aspirations and proposals from enterprises. Notably, the 2026 Conference with FDI enterprises in Dong Nai drew significant attention from the business community. At the event, leaders listened to feedback and sharing from FDI enterprises operating in the province, while the Provincial People’s Committee and relevant departments and agencies addressed questions, promptly removed difficulties and strengthened linkages and cooperation between local authorities and FDI enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Kim Long affirmed that Dong Nai always regards the business community, especially the FDI sector, as an important component and a companion partner in socio-economic development. The stability, efficiency and sustainable growth of enterprises form the very foundation of the province’s development.
In the time ahead, Dong Nai is committed to further accelerating administrative reforms and creating a transparent and favorable investment environment; enhancing discipline and responsibility in public service performance; focusing on developing transport infrastructure and industrial parks while improving the quality of human resources; and strengthening dialogue, companionship and timely support for enterprises.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Kim Long expressed his hope that the FDI business community would continue to place trust in the province, maintain long-term engagement, expand investment, intensify technology application and strengthen linkages with domestic enterprises, while ensuring harmonious development between economic efficiency, social responsibility and environmental protection.
