In 2025, the VBSP branch in Dong Nai province promptly carried out its assigned tasks, ensuring that social policy credit operations remained smooth, safe, and effective following the reorganization of administrative units and the implementation of the two-tier local government model. These efforts made a positive contribution to the overall performance of the VBSP system and to the implementation of national target programs on sustainable poverty reduction, new-style rural development, social security, and socio-economic development in the province.

In 2025, the bank branch proactively advised Party committees and authorities at all levels to effectively implement central government policies. As a result, social policy credit activities continued to receive intense attention and engagement from the entire political system, mobilizing substantial resources from local budgets alongside central funds, thereby better meeting the borrowing needs of the poor and other policy beneficiaries.

As of December 31, 2025, local budget funds entrusted through the VBSP totaled over VND 2.3 trillion, accounting for more than 19% of the total funding. This data represents an increase of over VND 507 billion compared to the early part of 2024 and fulfills 169 percent of the year’s target. The total capital of the entire branch reached VND 12.1 trillion, a 14.7 percent increase, while total outstanding loans also stood at VND 12.1 trillion, with 212,500 customers maintaining outstanding balances.
