Yixing City Green and Low-Carbon Industry Association, Jiangsu province (China) pays a working visit to four industrial parks in Dong Nai

On December 12, a working delegation from the Yixing City Green and Low-Carbon Industry Association, Jiangsu province (China) visited and held working sessions at four industrial parks, namely Ho Nai, Amata, Long Duc, and Long Thanh High-Tech, across Dong Nai province.

The delegation was welcomed by Nguyen Trong Tien, Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority.

At each stop, Tuong Tu Hau, Chairman of the Green Low-Carbon Industry Association of Yixing City, along with other delegation members, introduced their industries, business models, and experiences in developing green industries in China, and shared projects that member companies of the association have invested in Vietnam.

The working delegation expressed its desire in collaborating with industrial parks in Dong Nai across a range of areas, including solid waste recycling, wastewater treatment, air quality control, development of equipment and renewable energy, and the application of technology in environmental management within industrial parks.

Tuong Tu Hau said: “Our top priority during this visit is to strengthen cooperation and explore investment opportunities in environmental protection and treatment. We hope to establish close partnerships and contribute to making Dong Nai a hub of innovation in Vietnam’s environmental industry – a “Silicon Valley” for the environment, with a business ecosystem capable of competing both regionally and globally.”

Representatives of companies investing in and managing infrastructure across the four industrial parks also briefed the visiting delegation on investment attraction, ongoing projects, and environmental protection technologies being implemented. units expressed their welcome for the association’s cooperation orientation and affirmed their readiness to collaborate on environmental projects to enhance competitiveness and better meeting requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development.
