Proposal to develop software and AI applications to support SMEs

On the afternoon of December 29, Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, chaired a working session with representatives of departments, agencies, technology enterprises, and the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs’ Association to review and propose the development of software with priority given to applications incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across province in applying digital tools to their production and business activities.

At the working session, representatives of Viettel Dong Nai, VNPT Dong Nai, and MISA Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City) presented and introduced digital platforms and AI-integrated applications, as well as software solutions to support SMEs and household businesses in financial management, accounting, digital transformation solutions for corporate governance, business operations, and customer service.

Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai, shared that through this working session, relevant departments and agencies, together with the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, will listen to feedback and recommendations as a basis for advising and proposing that the provincial People’s Committee consider a policy for software development, with priority given to applications using AI and advanced technologies. The goal is to support small and medium-sized enterprises across the province in implementing digital solutions to their production and business activities in a practical and compliant manner, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
