Priority Area 1 in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park reaches 83% site clearance

On December 3, according to information from the Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center, as of now, Area 1 of the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has cleared nearly 42 hectares, equivalent to 83% of the total area. For the remaining area, businesses have committed to and are in the process of relocating assets and dismantling construction works.

According to the Project on the Functional Conversion of the Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, the total land area designated for implementation is 329 hectares, divided into three zones, with Area 1 covering 50.5 hectares.

This site is the priority area for land clearance to develop an urban–commercial–service zone. The land strip runs along Le Van Duyet Street (from Vung Tau Junction to An Hao Bridge), adjacent to the Dong Nai River, National Highway 1, and the province’s new political–administrative center.
