The competent authorities have issued nearly 50 land withdrawal decisions, with many enterprises having already handed over cleared land. Meanwhile, several businesses are in the process of dismantling their buildings and have pledged to complete their relocation by December 2025.
Approximately 20 enterprises have not yet signed commitments to hand over their premises and are requesting additional considerations related to compensation and relocation support. Provincial departments and agencies are continuing discussions to seek consensus, while mobilizing and urging these enterprises to expedite their relocation. In cases of intentional delay, the province will finalize documentation to enforce demolition and compulsory land recovery in accordance with regulations.
Also, according to the Provincial Land Development Center, implementing the project requires the recovery of nearly 330 hectares of land and the relocation of all enterprises and households from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. So far, more than 150 hectares have been recovered.
