Implementing the 90-day campaign of the inter-ministries of both Public Security, and Agriculture and Environment, the province continues to promote the cleanup and completion of the land database. Despite the urgent timeline and large workload, with a high sense of responsibility and the motto "clear people, clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear timeline," Dong Nai has achieved many outstanding and noteworthy results.

Specifically, the province has reviewed all existing land database with a total of more than 2.7 million land parcels, of which nearly 1.9 million parcels have been granted certificates. Among these, nearly 1.8 million certified land parcels have been reviewed and their data completed according to the "correct - sufficient - clean - live" criteria, reaching nearly 95% and being synchronized with the national land database. Dong Nai has also created identification codes for 100% of the land parcels in the province's land database; collected and supplemented more than 26,000 certified land parcels that were not yet in the database... With these results, Dong Nai is the leading locality nationwide in the number of land parcels cleaned and synchronized with the national land database.

Delivering her conclusion remarks at the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang requested to continue completing the remaining contents of the 90-day campaign, expanding its implementation to all land parcels in the database; maintaining regular updates when there are land fluctuations, ensuring data is synchronized to the central government in real-time.
The Vice Chairwoman also asked to utilize the land database to serve administrative reform, state management of land, and related fields such as residency, construction... considering this a crucial foundational data for decision-making and strategic policy planning.
Concurrently, ongoing efforts should be made to review and evaluate the technology infrastructure and shareable software; propose upgrading software and hardware equipment, ensuring the system operates smoothly and continuously. Departments and agencies need to develop training and development plans to enhance the skills and awareness of staff directly involved in data construction, management, and exploitation.
