December 19: Dong Nai province to break ground, inaugurate, technically open to traffic 9 projects, works

According to Plan No. 209/KH-UBND dated December 17, 2025, issued by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, ceremonies for the groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical traffic opening of nine projects will take place across the province on December 19, 2025.

Meanwhile, technical traffic opening ceremonies will be organized for the following projects: Component Project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 3 project (section in Dong Nai); and Road 25C project, Section 2, from Road No. 9 to Huong Lo 19, Nhon Trach commune, Dong Nai province.

Four projects are scheduled to hold starting construction ceremonies on this occasion, including a social housing project in Tam Hiep ward, Dong Nai province; a social housing project in the residential area adjacent to Dong Xoai I Industrial Park, Dong Nai province; a low-income apartment complex at Lot CC-02 under the DETACO Nhon Trach Apartment complex Project (Blocks A1, A3, A5 and A10); and the project to develop infrastructure for a resettlement area covering more than 49 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province.

Two projects will hold kick-off ceremonies, including Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park (Phase 1) and Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park (Phase 1).

Among the nine projects and works in the province holding groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical traffic opening ceremonies, three have been designated as in-person and online connection points. Specifically, the inauguration of key facilities and the launch of the first flight at the Long Thanh Airport Project will be held in person. Meanwhile, the technical traffic opening of Component Project 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 3 Project, along with the launch of the Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park, will be connected online.

The Provincial People's Committee has instructed relevant units to complete the necessary procedures in accordance with regulations, ensuring that all conditions are met for organizing groundbreaking, inauguration, technical traffic opening, and project launch ceremonies. At the same time, all necessary technical preparations must be thoroughly completed. The ceremonies must be conducted in a solemn, efficient, high-quality, and economical manner.
